Position Title: Human Resources Generalist
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: The Human Resources Generalist will report to the Associate HR Director
Pay Range: $55,000 to $65,000

Job Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement human resources programs to attract, develop, engage, and retain a diverse workforce.
2. Provide leadership, consultation, and support for employees and supervisors concerning human resources practices, strategies, and policies.
3. Ensure compliance with institutional policies, and local, state, and federal laws.
