We are currently looking for a self-motivated, ambitious full-time HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team.

The HR Coordinator Provides administrative and logistical support, assisting with various HR functions, and serving as a point of contact for employees and HR-related inquiries. This position works closely with department team members to ensure smooth and effective employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining accurate HR records and data, and collaboratively contributes to the hiring and selection process.

Location: Chapel Hill, NC; hybrid schedule

Qualifications

• High school diploma, associate degree preferred.
• Previous 1-2 years of human resources experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to establish positive relationships
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a focus on details
• Ability to problem-solve; utilize computer applications and HRIS
