Position Summary

Seeking a highly organized and people-focused HR & Administrative Coordinator to support both human resources functions and day-to-day office operations. This hybrid role covers HR essentials such as recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement, as well as administrative operations and light digital coordination (e.g., posting approved content on LinkedIn). The ideal candidate thrives in a growth-oriented environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is passionate about leadership training, policy implementation, and employee support.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

Lead full-cycle recruitment (posting, screening, interviewing, hiring).

Oversee onboarding and offboarding with a focus on engagement and retention.

Administer benefits programs and maintain employee data in HRIS (HCM/Paychex).

Support performance review processes and track professional development.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Partner with managers on employee relations matters.

Champion engagement through surveys, recognition, and team events.

Collaborate on workforce planning and organizational development.

Administrative Support

Manage daily office operations, supplies, mail, and facilities support.

Provide scheduling, calendar, and travel coordination for leadership.

Organize team meetings and company-wide communications.

Digital Coordination

Manage LinkedIn activity: scheduling approved posts, responding to comments/messages.

Post job openings and recruitment-related content.

Execute provided digital content; creative input welcome if desired.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 2 years in HR or office administration.

HRIS experience (Paychex preferred).

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience with LinkedIn posting and basic website update coordination.

Strong communication, organization, discretion, and integrity.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Time-to-fill open positions.

Voluntary turnover rate.

Performance review completion/timeliness.

Employee engagement survey participation.

LinkedIn posting consistency and engagement.
