Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Salary Range: $100,000 – 140,000

Location: West Palm Beach, FL

Key responsibilities

• Administer employee benefits and manage vendor relationships.
• Manage payroll processing and system upgrades.
• Serve as HRIS/payroll system administrator.
• Provide HR support, compliance, and reporting.
• Collaborate on HR policy development and process improvement.
• Support M&A activities.
• Travel once a month to another location in Florida for no more than 3 days at a time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with a manufacturing, distribution, construction, or related industry.
• Experience working with multi-state worksites is required (including California).
• Experience managing HR functions in medium sized companies.
• Experience with UKG Pro is a plus.
• Background in supporting HR work during mergers and acquisitions is a strong plus.
