Reports To: Senior Director of Corporate Human Resources

This role is for a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager who will act as a strategic advisor and hands-on HR support for the engineering organization of over 600 engineers across multiple locations. The role partners with engineering leaders to attract, develop, and retain top technical talent, foster a culture of innovation, and align people strategies with business priorities. This position ensures the engineering workforce is engaged, agile, and positioned to deliver high-quality, scalable products in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Sr. Director of Corporate Human Resources to align HR initiatives with company-wide strategies.
- Lead HR strategy and execution across engineering departments in the U.S. and other locations.
- Build and manage programs to attract, retain, and develop top engineering talent.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to align sourcing and pipeline development with the engineering roadmap.
- Implement performance management, succession planning, and technical leadership development frameworks.
- Analyze workforce data and develop insights and recommendations for organizational effectiveness.
- Support change management and organizational design initiatives to scale engineering operations.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company standards across all locations.
- Coach and counsel engineering leaders on people issues, conflict resolution, and team performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- HR Certification (PHR or SPHR)
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2+ years partnering with engineering, or technical functions.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, organizational development, and U.S. employment law.
- Ability to influence senior technical leaders and build credibility across engineering teams.
- Skilled in navigating high-growth, fast-paced environments.
