Overview

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations at our Jacksonville facility. This role will act as a key partner to leadership and employees, managing a variety of HR functions such as employee relations, compliance, onboarding, talent development, and culture initiatives. Location: Jacksonville, FL.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for HR-related matters on-site
  • Lead onboarding, offboarding, and employee life cycle management
  • Support leadership in handling employee relations issues and investigations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data
  • Assist in internal recruitment and employee development efforts
  • Ensure legal and company policy compliance across all HR activities
  • Drive initiatives that foster employee engagement, retention, and performance
  • Partner with corporate HR and site leadership on strategic HR goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build trust and drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or higher) preferred
