Producing Director, Human Resources, Supply Chain & Administrative Support

Job Title: HR Generalist

Overview:

A corporate services firm is seeking a polished, SHRM-certified HR Generalist to support ~600 employees. Must have strong employee relations skills, benefits administration experience, and familiarity with Paychex.

Key Functions:

  • Administer benefits, leave programs (FMLA/disability), and performance cycles
  • Oversee onboarding/offboarding and HR compliance tasks
  • Handle employee relations and disciplinary actions
  • Support compensation changes, promotions, and remote/international oversight
  • Utilize Paychex for reporting and HR operations
  • Manage special HR initiatives and executive-facing updates

Requirements:

  • 5–10 years HR experience supporting 100+ employees
  • SHRM-CP/SCP preferred
  • Expert in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel), solid Paychex skills
  • Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and performance management best practices
