Job Summary: As our Human Resources Manager, you will be a key leader and strategic partner at our Puerto Rico manufacturing site. You will be responsible for directing all aspects of human resources, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, and legal compliance. Your primary mission is to cultivate a positive and productive workplace culture while aligning HR strategies with our operational goals to drive business success.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a management role within a manufacturing environment.
- SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR certification is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of Puerto Rico and US Federal employment laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in managing complex employee relations issues.
- Must be fully bilingual (English and Spanish).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday).

- You will be responsible for leading all HR operations for the site. This includes managing the full cycle of talent acquisition, from recruitment and interviewing to onboarding. You will oversee all employee relations matters, providing counsel and conducting investigations as needed. You will also administer compensation, benefits, and performance management programs to attract, retain, and motivate a talented workforce. A key part of your role will be to ensure the site's full compliance with all applicable labor laws and company policies, develop and implement training programs, and champion a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
