Overview
Our Human Resources team is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator! This vital role provides broad support and coordination across the HR department and plays an important part in the overall employee experience. The HR Coordinator manages a variety of administrative processes, including file management, employee recognition, compliance tracking - including I-9 management, and HR program support. In addition, this role coordinates and leads new hire orientation, ensuring a welcoming and consistent introduction for all employees.
The ideal candidate will bring a proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and exceptional attention to detail. They will be highly organized, proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint), and demonstrate a servant-leader approach while working in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide coordination and administrative support across a variety of Human Resources programs and processes.
- Maintain accurate and organized employee records and files.
- Coordinate and lead new hire orientation, ensuring a positive and consistent onboarding experience.
- Support employee recognition programs and other HR initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience.
- Assist with compliance tracking and general HR reporting.
- Partner with HR team members to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operations.
- Support recruitment and onboarding efforts as needed, including scheduling interviews, preparing materials, and assisting with pre-employment processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 0 years of experience or High school diploma with 2+ years of experience.
- Administrative support experience.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Superior interpersonal communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to cooperate and interact with all entities of Kemin.
- Highly effective written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset with critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint).
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands.
- High degree of personal motivation, desire to make an immediate contribution, and sense of urgency.
- Demonstrated integrity and honesty.
