Job Description:

The Human Resources Generalist will support recruitment, payroll, benefits, and HR compliance. Responsibilities include hiring, administering pay and benefits, enforcing policies, and ensuring compliance. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, this full-time, exempt role involves working Monday-Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with occasional weekend events.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Payroll processing
• Policy enforcement and compliance
• Recruitment and reporting
• Employee shared responsibility and OSHA reporting
• General HR duties and other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business, or related fields
