This is a contingent position based upon contract award.

Role Description

KBR is seeking a highly qualified Human Resource Specialist to support our government customer, enabling intelligence-gathering missions and data processing for IC and DoD users.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate human capital activities with senior management, including billet management, awards, promotions, performance reports, training, and certifications.
  • Provide policy guidance on programs and processes.
  • Support hiring activities, including panel setup, applicant documentation, and liaising with HR.
  • Assist in strategic planning, promotion boards, and mentoring processes.
  • Generate reports, update management, and manage documentation via records systems.
  • Coordinate personnel processing, ensuring documentation completeness.
  • Perform additional relevant tasks as needed.

Required Skills

  • TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications
  • Associates Degree

Desired Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development Psychology, or Sociology.
