Overview

Zaddy Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Manager for a client in Muncy, PA. This is a direct-hire, on-site role.

We’re looking for a skilled Human Resources Manager to be the core of our client’s employee experience. You’ll be the go-to expert for everything from ensuring legal compliance to fostering a great workplace culture. This is a hands-on role that requires both strategic thinking and a passion for managing the details that keep our company running smoothly.

Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Location: Onsite | Full-Time

Responsibilities

  • Employee Lifecycle: Own the entire employee journey from talent acquisition and onboarding to offboarding and exit interviews.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Take full accountability for payroll and manage all aspects of our benefits programs, including FMLA and short-term disability.
  • Compliance & Risk: Ensure we comply with all federal and multi-state employment laws, collaborating with legal partners as needed.
  • Performance & Development: Lead the development of performance evaluation and training programs that support our team's growth.
  • Leadership: Manage and mentor our HR staff, helping them grow their skills and engagement.
  • Committees: Serve on the 401K plan review committee and participate in disciplinary processes with fairness and professionalism.

You'll report to the Director of Finance and Accounting and serve as a trusted advisor to our leadership team.

Required Experience

  • 5–7 years of progressive HR/People Operations experience in an organization of 100+ employees.
  • Proven expertise in FMLA and ADA administration.
  • Hands-on experience with multi-state compliance.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
  • Must be able to work on-site.
