Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in compensation management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

- Skilled at leveraging AI technology.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar credentials.
- MBA or Master's Degree in HR or related field.
