Supervisory Responsibilities
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Oversees the daily operations of the Human Resources Department.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Supports and guides HR generalists, management, and staff on complex, sensitive issues; may involve routine tasks like providing accommodations, investigating allegations, and handling terminations.
- Creates learning and development programs for internal employee growth.
- Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations; reviews policies regularly.
- Keeps updated on HR trends, best practices, legal changes, and new technologies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
