We are partnered with a dynamic and growing company in Miami Lakes seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a role where they can truly make an impact. Bilingual English/Spanish required.


Pay range note


This range is provided by AppleOne Employment Services. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.


Base pay range


$70,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr


Responsibilities



  • Manage full-cycle HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance.

  • Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.

  • Lead and present at monthly Town Hall meetings, requiring strong communication and public speaking skills to engage and inform large employee groups.

  • Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Oversee performance management processes, including reviews, coaching, and corrective action.

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

  • Maintain and update HR records, policies, and procedures.

  • Partner with leadership to support company culture, retention, and organizational growth.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required).

  • SHRM certification (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) strongly preferred.

  • 5+ years of HR Generalist experience with proven ability to handle all aspects of HR.

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting is highly preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of payroll administration and HRIS systems.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday.
