We are a healthcare consulting firm seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Generalist with a strong passion for organizational culture and process improvement. Key Responsibilities
- Culture Development
- Champion and embed company values across all levels of the organization.
- Develop and support initiatives that enhance employee engagement, belonging, and retention.
- Coordinate and facilitate cultural programs, including training activities, recognition initiatives, and team-building events.
- Act as a culture ambassador by gathering feedback, analyzing trends, and translating insights into action.
- HR Process Development
- Review, refine, and document HR processes (e.g., onboarding, performance management, offboarding) to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals.
- Identify and implement improvements to streamline HR operations and enhance employee experience.
- Maintain and improve HR systems and tools.
- Generalist Functions
- Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers on HR-related inquiries and needs.
- Assist in the recruitment process.
- Support training and development programs.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to execute strategic initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of experience working in a people-facing role, with a focus or strong interest in culture and process improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to lead culture-building programs and initiatives.
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to wear multiple hats
- Experience developing or optimizing processes and systems.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Bachelor\'s degree required
