HR Manager
Job Description
Position Summary:
The human resource manager is responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the HR functions. This includes managing the HR Department employees for Safety (EHS&S), General Affairs (GA), Team Relations (TR), and basic HR duties. The role requires implementing corporate policies and contributing to the overall success of the site and its employees.
Corporate Responsibilities:
- Adhere to HTGSS policies and procedures
- Uphold HTGSS Core Values
- Comply with standards like TS16949, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018
- Maintain a respectful and positive work environment
- Manage the department budget effectively
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Safety and Environmental Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety policies and maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Meet safety goals
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, supervise, and coordinate HR activities including employment, benefits, and compliance
- Manage employee relations and legal compliance
- Oversee HR budget and KPI objectives
- Advise leadership on policies and legal issues
- Conduct new employee orientations and recruit staff
- Handle personnel data, reports, and investigations
- Administer compensation, benefits, performance systems, and safety programs
Reporting Structure:
- Reports to: Corporate Human Resources

Qualifications:
- B.A./B.S. in Human Resources or related field, PHR certification a plus
- 10+ years manufacturing HR experience, with 5+ years management experience preferred
- Multicultural experience preferred, with ability to work overtime in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices, computer literacy required
