Join to apply for the Human Resources Director role at UMC - Abundant Life for Seniors. UMC is seeking a Human Resources Director for our Bristol Glen Senior Care Community located in Newton, NJ. Bristol Glen, a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), is designed to provide person-directed care in a home-like environment to ensure exceptional care and quality of life for residents.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, engage, serve, and retain a workforce of highly competent and compassionate associates.
- Support community associates and enhance their work performance by effectively administering their benefits and compensation and promoting their personal development.
Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, or applicable experience. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 2 or more years of general HR experience; 3+ years preferred.
- Knowledge of federal and state laws.
- Member of SHRM, with SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR certification (have certification or willing to obtain).

Salary: $63,374 - $71,295 per year
