The HR Manager will manage all human resources activities including staffing, employee relations, wellness, compensation and benefits administration, training, organizational development, and employee services. Participate in the development and implementation of Printron's business/organizational strategies.
Salary range: $90,000-$110,000
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and helping resolve work-related problems.
- Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment, and recommend needed changes.
- Perform challenging staffing responsibilities, including dealing with understaffing, facilitating disputes, separating employees, and administering corrective action and development plan procedures.
- Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of direct reports relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
- Plan, organize, direct, or coordinate the personnel, training, or labor relations activities of an organization.
- Represent organization at employee-related hearings and investigations.
- Administer compensation, benefits, performance management systems, and wellness programs.
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
- Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of employee issues and develop recommendations for improvement of organization’s employment policies and practices.
- Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning employee-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
- Analyze training needs to design employee development programs.
- Oversee the evaluation, classification, and rating of occupations and job positions.
EDUCATION
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required
Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or technical school): Preferred
EXPERIENCE
5 plus years of experience in Human Resources Related Field
COMPUTER SKILLS
Proficient level of computer skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Experience using an HRIS.
CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES
PHR or SPHR preferred.
