Overview

The HR Coordinator supports the administration of HR processes within the HR Business Partner Center of Excellence as part of the AIT Human Resources team. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, this role provides administrative support to the HR Business Partner team and ensures teammate transactions related to transfers, promotions, offboarding, and more are seamlessly executed.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support for various HR processes, including transfers, promotions, market adjustment, and offboarding, including preparing and processing relevant documentation.
• Provides HRBP team with administrative support as needed for ad hoc requests (reporting, performance management, etc.).
• Monitors and responds to assigned HR cases (questions, concerns, etc.) within the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery tool, escalating trends or broader issues for review and resolution.
• Supports various programs and ad hoc projects within the HR department (new hire orientation, New Leader Training, etc.).
• Assist with creating, running, and reviewing reports for data audits.
• Performs other duties as assigned

• The wage range for this position is $26.20-$36.10 and may vary based on geography as well as relative knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience

Qualifications

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, business or related field (Required)

Experience
1+ years HR support or administrative role (Required)
