Your Position

The Barista is responsible for providing consistent, efficient, and customer-focused performance on a shift basis. The Barista follows the direction of Shift Leads and the Store Manager to complete all shift tasks, side work, periodic maintenance, and cleaning duties. The Barista creates all beverage products according to company recipes to ensure superior and consistent products. The Barista acts in the best interest of the customer and communicates issues as they arise to the Store Manager.
