Manhattan Project Beer Company is hiring: Barista in Dallas

Overview

Manhattan Project Beer Co is seeking an experienced and passionate Barista to join our Tasting Room team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages to our customers in a fast-paced and dynamic hospitality environment. This is a full-time position that requires on-site presence, offering the opportunity to showcase your barista skills and provide world class service to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages according to recipes and company standards
• Provide world class customer service by engaging with guests and fulfilling their orders efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of coffee supplies
• Work collaboratively with team members to fulfill all food and beverage orders outside of the coffee menu
• Responsible for running food orders from the kitchen located on the 2nd floor

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machine operation
• Ability to follow beverage recipes and help in developing seasonal drinks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service
