Job Description:

We're looking for a skilled and service-driven Barista to prepare high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages while ensuring a clean, inviting café space. If you love the art of espresso, enjoy working in a lively setting, and take pride in creating a positive guest experience, this is your perfect brew.

What Will You Do?

Prepare coffee, tea, cocktails and other drink orders to guests’ specifications while maintaining Solette quality standards.
Handle payment for beverage and food purchases in compliance with Solette and cash handling procedures.
Maintaining espresso machines, grinders, coffee machines and other equipment by cleaning and troubleshooting when necessary.
Properly input guest orders through the POS system.
Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
Maintain current and accurate knowledge of the menu offerings.
Manage inventory for pastries, snacks, coffee, tea, liquor and other beverage ingredients.
Perform side work as needed. (i.e., keeping area clean, restocking, etc.)

What You Bring:

Previous experience as a barista
Hotel and/or coffee shop experience preferred
High School Diploma or GED

Salary Range:

$15-$17 per hour + tips
