A luxurious mountain lodge in the heart of the American West, nestled in a verdant mountain valley. The Five-Star Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole is surrounded by rugged peaks, celebrated ski runs, and wildlife in nearby Grand Teton National Park. Adventure and luxury await guests year-round.

Position: Barista

Type: Full Time

We are seeking a dedicated Barista who provides exceptional quality and service, with strong knowledge of coffee, tea, and food items, including preparation methods. Work authorization for the location is required.

Responsibilities:

1. Providing counter service to guests, taking verbal requests, and expediting orders using the hotel’s point-of-sales system; checking orders and delivering items promptly.
2. Describing food and beverage menu items vividly, including their origin, taste, and preparation.
3. Accommodating guest orders, anticipating needs, ensuring satisfaction, offering suggestions, and responding to concerns promptly.
4. Assisting with inventory, ordering, and stocking supplies.
5. Working professionally and harmoniously with colleagues and supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• High School diploma or college degree preferred.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Knowledge of coffee, tea, and food.
• Strong commitment to service.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.
