We are currently seeking a Barista for our Bean & Gone coffee shop located inside the Embassy Suites - Hilton Wilmington Riverfront.

Responsibilities

1. Greet customers as they enter
2. Provide drink menus and answer questions about ingredients
3. Take orders, paying attention to preferences (e.g., coffee blend, dairy, sugar ratios)
4. Prepare beverages according to recipes
5. Process payments via cash or credit cards
6. Maintain cleanliness of the bar area
7. Check brewing equipment and report maintenance needs
8. Follow health and safety regulations
9. Gather customer feedback and suggest new menu items

Requirements

1. Previous experience as a Barista or Waitstaff
2. Experience with brewing equipment
3. Flexibility to work various shifts
4. Ability to understand customer preferences
5. Excellent communication skills
6. High school diploma; relevant training is a plus
