We are seeking for a Barista on behalf of our Client. They will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages in a fast-paced environment. The role includes maintaining cleanliness, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring consistency in every cup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare coffee and other beverages according to company standards
• Ensure daily opening and closing procedures are followed
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and service area
• Manage stock levels of ingredients and supplies; report when replenishment is needed
• Follow health and safety regulations
• Work as a team to maintain smooth operations during peak hours
• Assist in training new baristas as needed

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of barista experience preferred
• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and latte art
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Physically fit to stand for extended periods
• Team-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused
• Willing to travel between different outlets or event locations as required
• Work Locations: East, South and/or West
