Jeff’s Bagel Run is a growing franchise coming to Lakewood Ranch! We’re looking for passionate, energetic Baristas to join our team and serve the best bagels and coffee in the community.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent customer service skills and love connecting with guests
• Fast-paced, reliable, with strong time management
• Open to learning and eager to grow
• Clear communication, order reading, multitasking skills
• Enjoy working in a clean, organized space and help maintain it

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests enthusiastically and take orders
• Prepare and serve coffee, drinks, and assist with cream cheese prep
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation; clean equipment daily
• Assist bakers when needed
• Pack and organize orders for takeout or pickup
• Keep inventory stocked and organized
• Be available for early morning shifts and weekends (closes at 2:00 PM)
• Stand for long periods and handle a physically active environment
