Location: 222 Dorset Street, South Burlington, VT. This role involves working in our front of house (FOH) Café area, including the espresso/juice/smoothie bar and related duties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies
• Operate cash registers and handle guest inquiries regarding ingredients and products
• Stock and maintain the café area; perform day-to-day cleaning and quality standards
• Provide excellent guest experience by focusing on teamwork and hospitality

Ideal Candidate

• Guest-focused with a collaborative, energetic attitude
• Experience in Café/Barista roles strongly preferred
• Enjoys food, cooking, and building community relationships

Shift Availability

3-4 days per week, Friday – Sunday mandatory. 9:00am–5:00pm or 11:30am–7:30pm

Compensation

Minimum - maximum: $16.00 - $17.38 per hour plus tips
