Beaches and Cream is launching a brand-new café concept in Panama City Beach. We are hiring skilled, dependable baristas to help us bring it to life. Location: Panama City Beach. Job Type: Part-Time & Full-Time Available.

Who We're Looking For

If you have at least 2 years of barista or coffee shop experience, love high-quality coffee and ice cream, and enjoy delivering excellent customer service, we’d love to meet you. We’re building a team that’s upbeat, professional, and passionate about great food and drinks.

Responsibilities

• Crafting and Service: Prepare Starbucks beverages and other menu items with consistency and care.
• Serve premium ice cream and assist with plating charcuterie boards.
• Provide friendly, attentive service to every guest.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety and sanitation procedures.

Teamwork & Operations

• Collaborate with fellow baristas and shift leaders to keep things running smoothly.
• Assist with inventory restocking, store upkeep, and maintaining a clean workspace.
• Follow opening and closing procedures.
• Jump in where needed to support the team and ensure great service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a barista or specialty coffee role.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing light lifting.
• Flexible availability — mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
