Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily F&B operations of taking orders, serving, managing cashiering duties
• Perform any duties assigned by the manager
• Ensure cleanliness of premise, equipment and adhere to health, safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Provide prompt and good customer service, informing customers of current store promotion
• Able to multi task and familiarized with Espresso Bar Station, POS Station, Sandwich Station, Cold Beverage Station, Café Station

Health and Safety Responsibilities:

• Adhere to Compass Singapore HSE systems and procedures
• Follow all Emergency Response plans on site
• Follow procedures for identifying, assessing and controlling hazards and risks
• Adhere to and maintain food handling standards and food safety plan at all times

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ level and above or related certificates in the related position
• At least 1 year experience working in F&B as Barista or similar field
• Computer literate
• Passion about coffee
