Since we source our coffees directly and roast on both coasts of the United States, we are in a unique position to bring an unparalleled coffee experience to our community.

Responsibilities

• All baristas start on Point of Sale & Food Prep and progress through training based on performance to become a certified Vigilante Coffee Barista.

Qualifications

• must have prior food service or coffee experience to be considered

Compensation

Starting pay on average our baristas make $20-$23/hr (which includes tips)
