Responsibilities

• Courtesy and friendliness given to every person who walks through the doors.


• Prepare and serve coffee drinks and food to patrons.


• General cleaning of bookstore, restaurant, and storage areas of coffee shop.


• Familiarize yourself with books and other inventory in bookstore to help assist customers.


• Help in arranging bookstore displays and restocking of both coffee shop and bookstore as necessary.


• Responsibility for opening or closing the Porch depending on the shift and other staff scheduled.


• Overseeing volunteers during your shift.
