Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take beverage and food orders.
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Operate the cash register to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and food counter.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding and fulfilling customer needs and preferences.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Basic arithmetic skills for handling cash and making change.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions accurately.
- A minimum of six months of experience in a similar operational role is preferred.
