About Better Buzz Coffee: A USDA Organic Certified Coffee Roaster with multiple locations, sourcing and roasting all our coffees with a focus on quality and community.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent service with a community approach
• Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about our products
• Prepare and serve beverages and food items following recipes
• Assist with setup, cleanup, stocking, and special tasks
• Maintain a clean, inviting store environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-year experience in fast-paced food service/hospitality preferred
• Experience in coffee service preferred
• Drive-Thru experience is a plus
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Availability to work 25 hours/week including weekends and holidays
