Avanti F&B in Denver is seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to craft high-quality coffee and specialty beverages while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve a variety of espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with speed and accuracy.
2. Provide friendly and engaging customer service while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
3. Keep the coffee bar and workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift.
4. Assist with cash handling, order taking, and processing transactions efficiently.
5. Collaborate with the team to support daily operations and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

1. Previous barista experience in a high-volume café, restaurant, or coffee shop preferred.
2. Strong knowledge of espresso, milk steaming, and coffee preparation techniques.
3. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
4. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
5. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods.
6. Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.

Compensation: $17 Plus tips
