Job Overview

The Barista is the foundation of the café. Responsible for providing excellent customer service and high-quality products, the Barista displays a positive attitude at all times to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Availability for opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Develops satisfied customers consistently
• Provides quality beverages
• Maintains store operations
• Contributes to store profitability
• Learn all aspects of the barista role

Qualifications

Education/Formal Training: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred

Knowledge/Skills: Excellent customer service skills

Physical Demands

The physical requirements include hearing timers, checking food quality, interacting positively with guests, accurate cash handling, lifting up to 70 lbs, pushing/pulling carts, bending, standing, and mobility around the shop.

Environment

Physically strenuous, involving prolonged standing, walking, lifting, and carrying in an indoor environment.
