The Takelma Barista takes food orders and provides cashier service to guests of the Casino Resort, and maintains the overall appearance of the outlet during the assigned shift.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders from customers and prepares the orders
• May ring up sales on the cash register, accept payments, and make change accurately
• Maintains Takelma in a neat, orderly, and sanitary condition, including cleaning and upkeep of the lobby area
• Assists in maintaining Takelma’s inventory by restocking condiments, utensils, and paper products; responsible for covering and putting away perishables at the end of each shift

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (desirable)
• 6 months experience in customer service
• 6 months cash handling and cash register experience
• Current Food Handler or ServSafe Certificate required
• Must be able to obtain a Class I Gaming License
