1. Working together to create the best moments in every guest’s day while delivering expertly crafted products.
2. Following our customer service commitments: smiling, offering a friendly greeting, learning guests’ names and orders, assuming the best in others, and saying thank you in each interaction.
3. Actively recognizing, including, appreciating, supporting, and delighting guests.
4. Using operational tools and training to develop coffee/product knowledge and assist guests in finding their favorites.
5. Connecting guests with relevant events and offers.
6. Accurately ringing customer orders and following proper cash handling procedures.
7. Maintaining a calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events.
8. Contributing to a positive team environment.
9. Following Starbucks and Peachtree operational policies, including those for cash handling and safety/security.
10. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
11. Providing quality beverages and food products consistently, adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
12. Following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products and equipment.
13. Maintaining regular and punctual attendance.

Job qualifications include:

• No previous experience required.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to engage effectively with guests.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks during each shift.
• Quick learner with the ability to understand and follow instructions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to build relationships and work efficiently.
