Job Summary

Responsible for serving quality food and beverages to guests in a friendly manner, following standards and strict sanitary procedures.

Essential Functions

• Brew coffee, including flavor of the day.
• Make specialty drinks following recipes.
• Price and stock grab-and-go items.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Stock coffee bins and maintain fullness.
• Interact with guests professionally.
• Merchandise using signage and approved materials.
• Follow cleaning schedules and maintain hygiene.
• Communicate needs to management.
• Follow dress code and hygiene standards.
• Adhere to Parkhurst Hospitality standards and use Smile Plus principles.
• Assist team members as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Ability to perform essential functions satisfactorily; accommodations may be made for disabilities.

Physical Demands

• Standing/walking 50% of the time.
• Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
• Frequently lift up to 10 lbs.
