Job Summary

What You Do

  • Work on the café floor, which requires physical activity (e.g., prolonged standing, repetitive bending, lifting, climbing, operating espresso machines) and sales floor duties when needed.
  • Deliver the perfect beverage that exceeds customer expectations with your ability to engage, build rapport, listen, and provide friendly, fast service through a tailored order-creating approach.
  • Make relevant beverage and food recommendations, ensuring an engaging experience that connects customers with products that meet their needs.
  • Ensure the Café is welcoming to all customers by maintaining a stocked bake case and neatly displayed merchandise.
  • Take pride in the Café environment, prioritizing cleanliness and tidiness as part of the overall customer experience.
  • Execute operational standards accurately, promptly, and in accordance with café standards, safety, and health regulations.
  • Protect company assets by adhering to processes and working efficiently to control waste and shrinkage.
  • Recognize and offer to help both customers and employees with urgency and care.

Notes

Starting hourly rate: $15.00

Benefits:

  • Part-time (<20 hours/week): Sick pay (1 hour per 30 hours), Employee Discount
