Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a Barista/Event Lead, based in Silver Spring, MD. The Barista/Event Lead will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, managing the mobile coffee cart at various events, and providing excellent customer service to guests. Additional duties include setting up and breaking down the coffee cart at events, maintaining inventory and supplies, and ensuring that all equipment is clean and in good working condition.

Qualifications

• Barista and Food Preparation skills
• Driver's license
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and evenings, as required
