Job Details
Position: Caribou Clerk (Barista)
Reports to: Caribou Manager
Location: West Allis, WI
Schedule: The Caribou Clerk is a full-time or part-time position. The work schedule may include early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
What You’ll Do
- Provide Exceptional Service — Greet every guest and offer personalized recommendations to ensure they have the best cafe experience.
- Barista Expertise — Prepare coffee and other beverages quickly, consistently, and with care, following recipes.
- Customer Satisfaction — Take guest orders and payments efficiently, while solving any questions or concerns.
- Maintain Cleanliness — Keep supplies stocked, floors clean, and the coffee shop organized for smooth operation.
- Support the Team — Prepare products for other shifts and assist in stocking and organizing supplies.
- Food Safety — Conduct temperature checks and complete food safety logs to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
- Honor Commitments — Regular, timely attendance and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
- Other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
Constant walking, bending, kneeling; able to reach, lift, stack and maneuver objects up to 50 lbs. Equipment operation includes intercom, telephone, scanner, register, scale, blender, espresso machine, coffee grinder.
