Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather and analyze business requirements.

• Translate business needs into clear and actionable use cases and documentation.

• Coordinate UAT to ensure solutions meet projects.

• Develop and maintain process documentation and wireframes.

• Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.

• Support project planning by identifying risks, setting timelines, and managing deliverables - knowledge of PM practices will be nice to have.

• Work closely with vendors.

• Facilitate communication across all levels of staff, management, and external partners.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a business analyst.

• Proficiency with both waterfall and agile methodologies.

• Experienced with interacting with vendors.

• Foundational knowledge of project management principles.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.
