Adecco is seeking a dynamic professional with expertise in both business analysis and software development, bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams. Skilled in gathering and translating business requirements into scalable, efficient system solutions, while also designing, coding, testing, and implementing applications. Proficient in front-end development with HTML5 and JavaScript, ensuring intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that align with business needs. Adept at analyzing processes, improving workflows, and integrating systems to optimize performance and user experience. Combines strong problem-solving skills with hands-on development knowledge to deliver solutions that align with business objectives and technology standards.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their processes, challenges, and objectives to assist in executing and delivering on IT business initiatives
· Collect and analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for improvement or automation
· Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes and workflows to optimize efficiency
· Map business processes to appropriate internal software tools, ensuring their full utilization
· Act as a liaison, translating business needs into actionable technical solutions
· Design and implement software solutions that streamline operations, enhance productivity, and support business goals
· Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of these software solutions, making adjustments as necessary
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable technical solutions
· Contribute to comprehensive software implementations and processes by developing and delivering interactive user training (both online and in-person)
· Ensure effective knowledge transfer through user guides and other relevant documentation
· Develop and maintain documentation related to process mapping, software configurations, and user guides
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree (or relatable experience) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
· 3+ years experience working as a Business Systems Analyst, Software Implementation Specialist, or similar role
· Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics)
· Expertise with software development, utilizing modern programming languages, such as HTML5, JavaScript, and React
· Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Atlassian Confluence required
· Proven experience implementing Agile methods to drive team performance and deliver software products successfully
· Strong understanding of business processes and experience in mapping these processes to software solutions
· Ability to foster cooperation from senior management and other stakeholders
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams
· Proficiency in business process modeling and analysis tools
· Ability to train and support users in new processes and tools
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office products and Microsoft Windows
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Flexibility and adaptability to change

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
