We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Plano, Texas. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in product strategy, digital transformation, and FinTech who thrives on driving innovation and optimizing processes. You will play a key role in shaping business solutions, leveraging AI/ML technologies, and delivering measurable value through data-driven insights.
Responsibilities:
• Lead business analysis efforts for strategic digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, refine, and implement product strategies.
• Create detailed business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications for AI/ML initiatives.
• Analyze complex workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement using data-driven approaches.
• Translate business needs into actionable technology solutions and recommendations.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor emerging industry trends in FinTech and technology to inform strategic decision-making.
• Support change management processes and ensure smooth adoption of new systems and tools.• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, focusing on product strategy and digital transformation.
• Proven track record in the FinTech industry.
• Expertise in developing and managing AI/ML use cases.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Practitioner or Agile Certified Practitioner are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with or certification in Artificial Intelligence is a plus.
