Job Summary

Seeking two experienced Senior IT Business Analysts with strong expertise in data analysis, capital budget management, and stakeholder collaboration. Must be local to Florida and able to work hybrid from Orlando, FL.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data. Prepare reports and dashboards. Deliver actionable insights to support decision-making.

Capital Budget Management: Develop and track capital budgets. Ensure financial alignment across departments. Monitor and report variances with explanations and solutions.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather reporting requirements from IT leadership. Present insights clearly. Act as liaison between finance and operations to ensure data accuracy.

Process Improvement: Identify areas to improve data collection and reporting. Develop tools and methods to enhance reporting quality and efficiency. Stay current with industry trends.

Qualifications

Education/Experience: Bachelors in Data Analytics, Finance, or related field. 4+ years in data analysis, financial reporting, or budgeting.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL. Familiar with financial systems, budgeting software, capital expenditure planning, and forecasting.

Preferred: Financial modeling, scenario analysis, certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA).

Additional Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, analytical thinking, and multitasking in dynamic environments.
