Title: Business Analyst

Location: Northeast Region (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Contract

Compensation

Pay Range:$32.36-$47.60/Hrs

Description

  • Define, plan, and implement technology solutions to achieve strategic directives and mandates.
  • Work as a Product Owner/Senior Business Analyst with global counterparts.
  • Implement a comprehensive collateral management platform to drive simplification and reduce redundancy.
  • Leverage existing rules engines for optimization and design end-to-end process flows.
  • Standardize data management and systems integration for a robust offering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex business/system requirements sessions by facilitating strategic user meetings.
  • Develop wireframes and articulate vision to the development team.
  • Design and execute end-to-end data and process flows.
  • Document project requirements in clear and concise language.
  • Develop and manage project plans, including issue resolution and risk mitigation.
  • Direct the development of end-user training and implementation plans.
  • Ensure governance with project methodology standards and approvals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in technology, finance, business, or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of related financial services and project management experience.
  • Background in software implementation in the Financial Services industry.
  • Good working knowledge of relational and object stores with SQL experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of trade flows and designing operational data flow architecture.
  • Experience in custody and settlement workflows.
  • Proven experience with standardized SDLC methodologies and tools.
  • Superior verbal and written communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
