Job Description
The Business Analyst plays a critical role in consolidating reporting requirements across multiple systemsincluding, but not limited to, PM Web, Yardi, Power BI, and Trianato deliver comprehensive analytics solutions for both internal stakeholders and clients. This role supports the Business Intelligence team in driving data governance, dashboard development, and custom analytics, while also partnering with operations and finance to develop tools that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will proactively identify opportunities for improvement, support system integration efforts, build and maintain daily, monthly, and quarterly reporting standards and ensure consistency in reporting across platforms.
Consolidate and manage reporting requirements across PM Web, Yardi, Power BI, and Triana and other project management tools
Design and develop dashboards, tabular models, and custom analytics to meet client and account needs
Collaborate with account service lines and leadership to define reporting strategies and resolve data gaps
Lead data governance efforts to ensure analytics platforms operate effectively and securely
Perform data assessments, mapping, and integration support for onboarding and system transitions
Develop and maintain business glossaries, data dictionaries, and technical documentation
Monitor and report on KPI performance, providing insights to senior leadership
Support quarterly business review (QBR) preparation and manage associated data review meetings
Troubleshoot platform issues and execute user acceptance testing for dashboard enhancements
Act as the voice of the customer (VOC) for Triana platform improvements and custom reporting needs
Provide training and guidance to account teams on BI tools and platforms
Partner with development teams to expand BI offerings through POCs and feature enhancements
Respond to ad-hoc reporting requests and other analytical tasks as assigned

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, Technology, or related field
Experience with Power BI (required), Tableau, or other data visualization tools
Familiarity with Alteryx and Python is a plus
Strong understanding of Agile development and process documentation
