Location:Austin TX

Hybrid--Position will be 1 day(Wednesdays) remote and 4 days on-site at the location

look candidates within state only ( visa only w2)

Visa: USC,GC,GC EAD, H4 EAD

Experience : 9 + years

Must Knowledge aboutEBT systems MIS, User Acceptance Testing (UAT),Women, Infants and Children (WIC), PMP- Certification is a Huge Plus,

• Troubleshoots system problems for WIC clinic staff and participants related to the participant portal, MIS and EBT systems.
• Develop training curricula and conduct formal training sessions covering assigned systems modules in nutrition education, clinic services and or infant feeding related to the MIS system.
• Consults on the analysis of issues around the MIS and EBT systems and helps implement solutions.
• Analyzes user requirements from both state agency and local agency staff and communicates testing requirements, training, and feedback to business leads for enhancements to production.
• Consults and escalate project decisions to the business lead for final decisions and approval of complex project deliverables.
• Design, develop, coordinate and conducts test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) that impacts the WIC MIS.
