Job Description:

• Analyze and interpret complex data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams through strong communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating seamless information exchange and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiently utilize MS Office tools, including Excel, Access, and Teams, to drive data analysis, reporting, and workflow efficiency.
• Leverage experience working with Medicare insurance programs to inform business analysis and drive informed decision-making.

Experience:

• Required to be in office once a Week
• Effective analytical, organizational, planning, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, including remotely,
• Effective verbal and written skills.
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, evaluate, recommend, and implement changes to processes or procedures to address problems and improve departmental effectiveness.
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize; must be able to coordinate multiple activities with varying timelines.
